2 hours ago bungie revealed the rest of a video they posted last week showing more about the halo 3 single player expansion, halo 3 recon.
bungie didnt have much to say when releasing this video but this is what ive gathered…
halo 3 recon is going to be a prequel to the original halo 3, where you play as a unsc recon soldier. this expansion is to be released in the fall of 09. it has not been stated to my knowledge if this “new campaign” will be a full retail release or not. Im going to have my 60 bucks ready in anticipation tho since bungies title to there post is “Meet Our Next Game.” hopefully with this release, wether its an “update expansion” or a independent release, the feel of recon based playing will be a huge addition to the halo trilogy and bring some new guns and multiplayer maps into the mix.
